Survival in All Cases. Termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to or limitation on any other remedies available to, or any accrued obligation of, either Party. In addition, Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 11.4, 11.5 and ARTICLES 1, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
