Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 5.1, 5.2, ------------------------- 5.4
(a) (i), 5.4(b)(i), 5.4(c), 5.5, 6.2, 6.4, 6.5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, 11.6, 11.8, 11.9, 11.10, 11.11 and 11.12, and the provisions of Exhibit C specified therein to survive, will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties will cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.02, 2.04, 3.02, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. All definitions and the provisions of Sections 2-6, 8, 10 and 11 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement; provided however, the terms of the Customer Agreements shall survive in accordance with their own terms.
Survival of Certain Terms. The terms, conditions and covenants set forth in this Agreement which specifically relate to periods, activities or obligations upon or subsequent to the termination of Executive’s employment, including, without limitation, the restrictive covenants contained in Sections 7 – 9, shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Company’s employment of Executive hereunder, and the Parties shall remain bound by such terms, conditions and covenants.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 1, 3.9, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of this Agreement, and all payment obligations incurred during the term of this Agreement, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. The provisions of Section 9 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for five (5) years. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement under any of the provisions of this Article 9, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles 5, 6, 7, 18, and 19 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.
Survival of Certain Terms. The following provisions shall survive any expiration or termination: 2.2, 2.3, 3.8, 4.3, 6, 7, 9 and 10.
Survival of Certain Terms. The terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 15 through 19 of this Agreement shall survive termination of the remainder of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 6 through 17 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall cease upon termination or expiration of this Agreement except for Recipient’s obligation to pay for the Services provided during the term of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.7 and 9.5 and Articles 6, 7, 10 and 12 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason. In addition, the expiration or termination of this Agreement will not affect any other right or obligations of either party that may have accrued up to the date of such termination or expiration. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.
