Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Purchase and Sale Agreement or any other Related Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule 4.4 shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect and shall continue until the payment in full of all Purchaser Assets.
