SURVIVAL OF PROMISES. Except as otherwise provided herein or unless superseded by applicable federal or state statute of limitations, all promises, indemnifications, requirements, terms, conditions, provisions, representations, guarantees, and warranties contained herein shall survive the Award Agreement expiration or termination date.
