Survival of Representations and Warranties of New Operator. Each representation and warranty of New Operator hereunder shall be true, complete and correct as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as though such representation or warranty was made on such date, and all representations and warranties shall survive the Closing Date for a period of three (3) years.
