Common use of Survival of Rights and Duties Clause in Contracts

Survival of Rights and Duties. No termination of this Agreement shall eliminate any rights or duties of the Parties accrued prior to such termination. The provisions of Article 1, Sections 4.9, 5.2.2, 6.5, 6.9, 6.10 and 9.4, Article 8, Article 11, Sections 12.3 through 12.5, 13.2, 13.3, 13.6 through 13.15 and the first sentence of Section 3.15 and the last sentence of Section 3.14 hereof shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
