Survival & Scope. 2.1 This DPA is made a part of the Agreement and is incorporated therein by reference. This DPA shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement for as long as Personal Data is being processed by Service Provider. 2.2 This DPA applies to the collection, retention, use, and disclosure of Personal Data by Service Provider to provide to Customer the CYDEF Products and Services pursuant to the Agreement. Customer’s processing of Personal Data for its own purposes are outside the scope of this DPA.
