Common use of Surviving Sections Clause in Contracts

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.10, 5.11, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 9.4, 11.1 and 11.3, and Articles 12, 13, 15, 16 and 20 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason. In addition, the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement solely to the extent of any amounts owing under this Agreement and which have not been paid as of such expiration or termination.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.10, 5.11, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 9.4, 11.1 2.3 and 11.32.4, and Articles 4, 6, 7, 8, 11. 12, 13, 15and 14, 16 and 20 all enforcement and interpretative provisions of this Agreement, shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. In addition, the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement solely to the extent of any amounts owing under this Agreement and which have not been paid as of such expiration or terminationAgreement.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.103.2, 5.114, 8.45, 8.56.1-6.7, 8.6, 9.4, 11.1 and 11.37.3-7.6, and Articles 12, 13, 15, 16 and 20 8 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Letter Agreement for any reason. In addition, the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement solely to the extent of any amounts owing under this Agreement and which have not been paid as of such expiration or termination.
