Common use of Suspend Performance Clause in Contracts

Suspend Performance. Suspend the ▇▇▇’s performance with respect to all or any portion of this Agreement pending necessary corrective action as specified by the Commonwealth without entitling the LEA to an adjustment in price/cost or performance schedule. The LEA shall promptly cease performance and incurring costs in accordance with the Commonwealth’s directive and the Commonwealth shall not be liable for costs incurred by the LEA after the suspension of performance under this provision.
