Suspending Service. We may suspend the Service without prior notice in connection with any of the following events: a. system maintenance related to this Service; b. fire, power outage, earthquake, volcanic eruption, flooding, tsunami; war, insurrection, riot, labor dispute, or similar event outside of our reasonable Contract; c. Internet communication, or other technical services on which the Service depends for delivery, are suspended or impaired rendering it impractical to perform Service; d. the registration is made under a name other than a person’s or entity’s real and complete, legal name, alias or by using or misappropriating the name of another person; e. there otherwise is a falsehood, inaccuracy, error or omission in the content of the registration; f. the registration information is deleted at the request of you; g. you breach the provisions of the Terms of Service; and/or h. we otherwise determine the registered user to be unsuitable.
Suspending Service. Licensee shall only disconnect or terminate a Customer’s service for good and just cause. In no event shall Licensee disconnect said Cable Service for nonpayment without first notifying the affected Customer at least seven (7) days prior to such disconnection or termination. In no event shall such disconnection or termination for nonpayment occur in less than thirty ( 30) days after a Customer’s failure to pay a bill due. Where Licensee has improperly discontinued Cable Service to any Customer, Licensee shall provide free reconnection.
Suspending Service. You can suspend and restore a single line of service once per day (one suspend and one restore action), for a maximum of 90 suspended days in any continuous period, and a total of 180 suspended days per year. (Your account may allow more provisioning changes per day.)
Suspending Service. If you have month-to-month service, you can suspend or pause your account at any time by contacting our customer service team; you may also reactivate your account at any time. Changes to the Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on this webpage and changing the Effective Date at the end of these terms. You should revisit these Terms on a regular basis as revised versions will be binding on you. Any such modification will be effective upon our posting of new Terms. You understand and agree that your continued access to or use of the Websites or EUI after any posted modification to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modification.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer. A) The Employer reserves the right to identify specific in-service programs deemed compulsory. B) Employees required to attend such programs will be paid at the applicable rate of pay.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.
