Common use of Suspension of Operation Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Operation. From and after the Project Completion Date, the Project ceases to operate for a period of ninety days if such failure to operate is a result of the occurrence of an Event of Force Majeure, or for a period of thirty days if such failure to operate is a result of any other cause.
