Suspension of Processing. COMPANY will suspend processing on any citation referred to it for processing upon written notice to do so by an authorized officer of the AGENCY. COMPANY will promptly return any citation or facsimile properly requested by the AGENCY. COMPANY will maintain records indicating any suspension of citation as a result of AGENCY'S request. COMPANY shall be paid the contractual rate hereinafter provided for processing the citations suspended by the AGENCY.
