Suspension of Processing. In addition to all other rights and remedies which the City shall otherwise have at law, at contract, or in equity, the City has the right to suspend and/or withhold the processing of the Permit which is the subject matter of this Agreement, as well as the Permit which may be the subject matter of any other permit which Applicant has before the City.
