Suspension or Restriction of Service. CBAD may suspend or restrict the use of Service (i) upon prior notification if the operations or efficiency of the Service is impaired by the use of the Account; or (ii) at any time any amount is past due from Customer to CBAD; or (iii) at any time there has been or is any breach of these Terms and Conditions. CBAD shall have no responsibility to notify any third party of such termination or suspension.
