SUSPENSIONS AND RECORDS. Copies of disciplinary write-ups will be promptly given to the employee involved in the action, and the representative of the Local Union. All disciplinary records will be removed from the employee's personnel folder and destroyed after a period of eighteen (18) months, or two (2) years in the case of suspensions, from the date of issuance of such discipline and thereafter shall not be relied upon for any purpose.
