Common use of Sustainable Building Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Sustainable Building Guidelines. LANDLORD agrees, when feasible, to follow the State of Minnesota Sustainable Building Guidelines (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇) for maintenance and improvements to the Leased Premises. Feasibility shall be determined by LANDLORD, in its sole discretion, and consider such factors as long term costs and benefits over the term of the lease, performance, aesthetics, material/labor availability and impact on building valuation. Application of the guidelines for future changes to the Leased Premises shall be at TENANT’s discretion and expense.
