Swing Cycle. 35.1 The swing cycle in Australia will be based on an even time roster where the Employee works the same number of days rostered on as they have rostered off. This swing cycle in Australia will be usually five weeks On Duty and five weeks Off Duty but, subject to the provisions of this clause, may be shorter to meet ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ operational requirements. For operations in Southern Waters and Construction Projects the swing cycle will be four weeks On Duty and four weeks Off Duty. Subject to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ being permitted to do so under the terms of the enterprise agreements applying to all crew members on a Vessel, there shall be a transition to a four weeks on and four weeks off swing cycles for all applicable Vessels, unless otherwise agreed by each Employee and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and this will commence no later than the first crew change day for each Vessel six months after the date of the FWC approval of this Agreement. 35.2 Where a Vessel has to change the swing cycle before the swing cycle is completed, then the swing cycle will be determined by the swing length at commencement of the swing as described by clause 35.1. 35.3 The swing cycle will be six weeks On Duty and six weeks Off Duty when an Employee is employed on a Vessel in Southeast Asia. This clause does not apply for dry docking and mobilisation and demobilisation voyages.

Swing Cycle. 39.1 The swing cycle in Australia will be five weeks On Duty and five weeks Off Duty. For operations in Southern Waters and Construction Projects the swing cycle will be four weeks On Duty and four weeks Off Duty. 39.2 By way of transition, the four-week swing cycle shall be adopted on all Vessels before 1 March 2024.
Swing Cycle. (a) The swing cycle for working on the Vessel will be a minimum swing cycle of 6 weeks on 6 weeks off. (b) Providing the next port is a "swing port", the day of the swing and port may be extended for up to two days to ensure that transport costs are minimised and or equalisation of leave between ratings is maintained. A days leave accrual for each day of duty on board. Leave will accrue at the rate of one day’s paid leave for each day of duty on a ship. For the purposes of this clause, a day of duty on the Vessel includes the day the Employee joins the Vessel, but it does not include the discharge day (no leave accrued or taken) being the day the Employee leaves the Vessel. (c) Subject to the operational requirements of the vessel, flight schedules and vessel location Teekay will use its best endeavours to attempt to conduct the normal crew change on a weekday. Any change to this arrangement would be subject to consultation with the employees and MUA.
Swing Cycle. An even time roster of four weeks on, and four weeks off will apply. The rostering and leave system operates in such a way that the days Employees spend at work on duty are equal to the time spent free from duty.
