Swing Line Sublimit Sample Clauses
The Swing Line Sublimit clause sets a specific maximum amount that can be borrowed under a swing line facility, which is a short-term, quick-access loan option within a larger credit agreement. This sublimit is typically lower than the overall credit facility limit and applies only to swing line loans, ensuring that the lender's exposure to these rapid, short-term advances is controlled. By establishing this cap, the clause helps manage risk for the lender and ensures that the swing line feature is used for its intended purpose of meeting immediate, short-term liquidity needs without overextending the facility.
