Common use of Swing Scaffold Clause in Contracts

Swing Scaffold. Any employee required to work on a swing scaf- fold or bosun’s (boatswain’s chair) shall be paid One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) an hour over and above the regular straight time rate.
