Common use of Swing Shift Clause in Contracts

Swing Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, the represented employee shall be paid eighty nine cents ($.89) per hour for each hour worked in that work shift.

Swing Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, the represented employee shall be paid eighty nine one dollar eleven cents ($.891.11) per hour for each hour worked in that work shift.

Swing Shift.
