Common use of Swing Shifts Clause in Contracts

Swing Shifts. Employees who work second (evening) shifts shall receive an additional twenty- five cents ($.25) per hour compensation. To be eligible for such shift differential, at least fifty percent (50%) of the employee's schedule of regular hours must be after 4:00 p.m. and prior to 12:00 midnight.
