Switching, Tagging and Grounding. Each Party shall comply with Seller's Switching, Tagging and Grounding Rules, as in existence on the Closing Date and as it may be modified from time to time at all utility Primary System and Secondary System Interconnection Points or demarcation points. A copy of the existing Switching, Tagging and Grounding Rules is attached hereto as Schedule D and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Seller will notify Buyer of any changes in its Switching, Tagging and Grounding Rules.
