System Administrator. The Customer will name one or more primary system administrators to serve as a main point(s) of contact between the Customer and GUARDIAN RFID with respect to system administration (each, a “System Administrator”). At least one (1) System Administrator must be available at all times. The Customer will ensure that the System Administrators possess the appropriate technology and public safety knowledge and skills to perform this role sufficiently.
