Common use of SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Clause in Contracts

SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. A. Establishment In compliance with Section 204, Title II of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, there is hereby established a System Board of Adjustment for the purpose of adjusting and deciding disputes which may arise under the terms of the Agreement and which are properly submitted to it as set forth in Section 17 which Board will be known as the “CommutAir Flight Attendants' System Board of Adjustment” or the “Board.”

SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. A. Establishment In compliance with Section 204, Title II of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, there is hereby established a System Board of Adjustment (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) for the purpose of adjusting and deciding disputes or grievances which may arise under the terms of the Agreement this Agreement, and which are properly submitted to it the Board after all steps and procedures for settling disputes, i.e., the Grievance Procedure, as set forth in Section 17 which Board will be known as the “CommutAir Flight Attendants' System Board of Adjustment” or the “BoardArticle 16, have been fully exhausted.”

However, by mutual agreement, any cases properly referable to this Board may be submitted to arbitration in Section 17 which Board will be known as the “CommutAir Flight Attendants' first instance. B. The System Board of Adjustment” or Adjustment shall consist of four (4) members, two (2) selected by the “Board.”Company and two

The Board will shall be known as the “CommutAir Flight Attendants' System American International Airways Crewmembers Systems Board of Adjustment” or , hereafter referred to as the “"Board".”
