System Commencement Date. Section 8.1.1 System Owner will give Host Customer not less than ten (10) Business Days prior notice to the System Commencement Date, such notice to be delivered following the satisfaction of the conditions specified in Section 5.1. Section 8.1.2 System Owner shall deliver Output to the Delivery Point on, as of, and from the System Commencement Date.
