System Error Definition Sample Clauses

The System Error Definition clause establishes what constitutes a 'system error' within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines specific criteria or conditions, such as software malfunctions, hardware failures, or connectivity issues, that are considered system errors. By clearly defining these parameters, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of what events trigger certain contractual rights or obligations, such as support responses or service credits, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
