System of Registration. The Lessee shall be the Registrar for this Lease and the rights to payments hereunder. The Bank shall be the initial Registered Owner of rights to receive payments hereunder. If the Bank transfers its rights to receive payments hereunder, the Registrar shall note on this Lease the name and address of the transferee.
