Common use of System Qualifications Clause in Contracts

System Qualifications. All Biomass/Biogas CHP (Thermal) Customer Systems must meet the following system and installation requirements to qualify for Tucson Electric Power Company’s (“TEP” or the “Company”) Renewable Energy Credit Purchase Program. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Renewable Energy Credit Purchase Program Agreement.
