Common use of System Removal at Expiration Clause in Contracts

System Removal at Expiration. If Host Customer does not exercise its Purchase Option at the end of the Term, as may be extended pursuant to Section 2.1.2, System Owner shall remove the System and System Assets from the Premises at System Owner’s expense within one hundred twenty (120) days after the expiration of the Term. To the extent that System Owner removes any or all of the System and System Assets, System Owner shall make or have made any repairs to the Premises to the extent necessary to repair any adverse impact such removal directly causes to the Premises.
