Common use of SYSTEM ROUTE Clause in Contracts

SYSTEM ROUTE. 7.1 As of the Acceptance Date Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇resents that: a Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the underlying facility owner for any portion of the System shall have obtained all Right-of-way Agreements necessary for the installation and use of the System hereunder; and a Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ll have obtained by IRU agreement, lease, or otherwise the right to use portions of the System it does not own. The rights Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ required to obtain pursuant to Subsections (a) and (b) above are referred to as "Required Rights."
