SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. We shall not be responsible to you for any loss or damages suffered by you as a result of the failure of systems and software used by you to interface with our systems or systems and software utilized by you to initiate or process banking transactions whether such transactions are initiated or processed directly with our systems or through a IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. CREDIT VERIFICATION. You authorize us to request and obtain one or more credit reports about you from one or more credit reporting agencies for the purposes of considering your application for the Account, reviewing or collecting any Account opened for you, or for any other legitimate business purpose.
