Common use of Taking of Actions Clause in Contracts

Taking of Actions. As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein provided, the Corporation shall take any action that may, in the opinion of counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Certificate.

Taking of Actions. As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein providedpursuant to Section 2.2 hereof, the Corporation Company shall take any action that may, in the opinion of counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation Company may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder Holder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Certificate.

Taking of Actions. As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein providedhereunder, the Corporation shall will take any action that which may, in the opinion of the Corporation's legal counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable shares all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Certificatereceive.

As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein providedpursuant to Section 13.2 hereof, the Corporation shall take any action that which may, in the opinion of the Corporation's legal counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable shares all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder Holder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Certificate.

As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein providedpursuant to Section 2.2, the Corporation shall will take any action that which may, in the opinion of the Corporation's legal counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable shares all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder Holder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Agent’s Option Certificate.

As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which would require an adjustment as herein provided, pursuant to subsection 3(2) hereof the Corporation shall will take any action that which may, in the opinion of the Corporation's legal counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable shares all of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder Holder is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant Option Certificate.

Taking of Actions. As a condition precedent to the taking of any action which that would require an adjustment as herein provided, pursuant to Section 2(2) hereof the Corporation shall will take any action that may, in the opinion of counsel, be necessary in order that the Corporation may validly and legally issue as fully paid and non-assessable shares all of the Common Shares which that the Warrantholder Underwriter is entitled to receive in accordance with the provisions of this Compensation Warrant Certificate.
