Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All tangible personal property, including all equipment, machinery, furniture, fixtures, computers, data processing equipment, leasehold improvements, materials, supplies, tools, dies, computers, purchased parts, spare parts, shipping containers, packaging materials and other equipment or property used by Seller, and including, without limitation, the items described on Schedule 1.1(i) (the “Tangible Personal Property”);

Tangible Personal Property. Tangible Personal Property. All tangible personal propertyfurniture, fixtures, equipment (including all research and development equipment), telecom equipment, machinery, furnituretools, fixturesvehicles, computersoffice equipment, data processing equipmentfurnishings, leasehold improvements, materialsvehicles, suppliescomputers and computer related hardware, tools, dies, computers, purchased parts, spare parts, shipping containers, packaging materials supplies and other equipment tangible personal property owned or property used leased by a Seller, or used for the conduct of the Business, including those set forth on Section 2.1(j) of the Disclosure Schedules, but excluding those furniture, fixtures and including, without limitation, non computer equipment in the items described on Schedule 1.1(i) real properties subject to the Retained Leases (the “Tangible Personal Property”);.

Tangible Personal Property. All tangible personal propertymachinery, including all equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, movable walls or partitions, computers or trade fixtures, computersgoods, data processing equipment, leasehold improvements, materialsinventory, supplies, tools, dies, computers, purchased parts, spare parts, shipping containers, packaging materials and other personal property owned or leased (pursuant to equipment or property leases) by the Tenant and used by Seller, and including, without limitation, in connection with the items described on Schedule 1.1(i) (operation of the “Tangible Personal Leased Property”);.

All tangible personal property, including interests in all equipment, machineryelectrical devices, antennas, cables, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, computerstowers, data processing equipment, leasehold improvements, materials, office materials and supplies, hardware, tools, dies, computers, purchased parts, spare parts, shipping containers, packaging materials and other equipment tangible personal property of every kind and description, used or property used by Sellerheld for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations, including without limitation those listed and including, without limitation, the items described on Schedule 1.1(i1.1(b) attached hereto, and any additions and improvements thereto between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (collectively, the “"Tangible Personal Property”");.
