Tangible Personalty. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all furniture, machinery, apparatus, equipment and other tangible personal property owned by Seller, currently used in connection with the operation of the Real Property and improvements and situated thereon, including all fixtures and furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property listed on Schedule I attached hereto.
