Common use of Tangible Personalty Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personalty. All of Seller's right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller presently located on such property, but excluding word processing and computing equipment and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others.

Tangible Personalty. All of Seller's rightequipment, title and interest in and to all fixturesmachinery, furniture, equipmentfurnishings, supplies and other tangible personal propertyproperty owned by Seller, if any, owned and Seller’s interest in any such property leased by Seller presently Seller, now or hereafter located on in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, except any such property, but excluding word processing and computing equipment and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others.belonging to tenants under the Leases; and
