Common use of TANGIBLE THINGS Clause in Contracts

TANGIBLE THINGS. Employee covenants and agrees that (i) all tangible things, including confidential memoranda, notes, notebooks, drawings, lists (including, without limitation, mailing and customer lists), records and other confidential documents (and all copies thereof), made or compiled by Employee or made available to Employee concerning the Company Business shall be the property of the Company, and (ii) if such tangible things or copies thereof are in the possession or control of Employee, Employee shall deliver them to the Company promptly following the Term of this Agreement or at any other time upon request of the Company.
