Tank Gauge Tables of LNG Vessels Clause Samples

The 'Tank Gauge Tables of LNG Vessels' clause defines the requirement for using specific measurement tables to determine the volume of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in a vessel's tanks. These tables, which are calibrated for each individual tank, convert gauge readings (such as liquid height) into accurate volume measurements. In practice, this ensures that all parties use a consistent and agreed-upon method for calculating cargo quantities during loading, discharge, or custody transfer. The core function of this clause is to prevent disputes and ensure transparency by standardizing how LNG volumes are measured and reported.
Tank Gauge Tables of LNG Vessels a) Initial Calibration. Customer shall arrange or caused to be arranged, for each tank of each LNG Vessel, a calibration of volume against tank level. Customer shall provide SABINE or its designee, or cause SABINE or its designee to be provided, with a certified copy of tank gauge tables for each tank of each LNG Vessel verified by a competent impartial authority or authorities mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Such tables shall include correction tables for list, trim, tank contraction and any other items requiring such tables for accuracy of gauging. Tank gauge tables prepared pursuant to the above shall indicate volumes in cubic meters expressed to the nearest thousandth (1/1000), with LNG tank depths expressed in meters to the nearest hundredth (1/100).
Tank Gauge Tables of LNG Vessels a) Initial Calibration. Customer shall provide FLNG or its designee, or cause FLNG or its designee to be provided, with a certified copy of tank gauge tables for each tank of each LNG Vessel verified by a competent impartial authority or authorities mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Such tables shall include correction tables for list, trim, tank contraction and any other items requiring such tables for accuracy of gauging.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
