Tape Back Up and Recovery. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3 of SCHEDULE F-1 to the Agreement, daily full backups and no incremental backups will be performed. Each week, a complete set of backups will be taken from the hosting facility and stored off site.   • Cost Recovery for RSTEP Requests by Registry Operator for the approval of Additional Services pursuant to Section 2.1 may be referred by ICANN to the Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (“RSTEP”) pursuant to that process at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/registries/rsep/. In the event that such requests are referred to RSTEP, Registry Operator shall remit to ICANN the invoiced cost of the RSTEP review within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a copy of the RSTEP invoice from ICANN, unless ICANN determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, to pay all or any portion of the invoiced cost of such RSTEP review.

  • STUDENT TUITION RECOVERY FUND “The State of California established the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution, who is or was a California resident while enrolled, or was enrolled in a residency program, if the student enrolled in the institution, prepaid tuition, and suffered an economic loss. Unless relieved of the obligation to do so, you must pay the state-imposed assessment for the STRF, or it must be paid on your behalf, if you are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all or part of your tuition. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”

  • Cost Recovery The Parties acknowledge that the price for energy as described in Exhibit A includes the Consultant Commission described in Exhibit A to cover the cost of developing, implementing and operating the Aggregation. The Competitive Supplier agrees to include this cost adder in the Price for energy, and to make the monthly commission payments on behalf of Participating Consumers, in the manner described in Exhibit A, and acknowledges this obligation as a material obligation of this Agreement.

  • Cost Recovery Fee You understand and agree that in order for XOOM to offer and fulfill its fixed rate obligation to you, it has to purchase electricity in advance of usage in amounts needed to cover the full term of this Agreement. If you cancel this Agreement early, you will be responsible for paying the cost recovery fee (“Cost Recovery Fee”) set forth in the Contract Summary, which is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electricity to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses. It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the electricity you consume that is supplied by XOOM.

  • Reduction of Servicing Compensation in Connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls In the event that any Mortgage Loan is the subject of a Prepayment Interest Shortfall, the Servicer shall, from amounts in respect of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, deposit into the Collection Account, as a reduction of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, no later than the Servicer Remittance Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date, an amount up to the Prepayment Interest Shortfall; provided that the amount so deposited shall not exceed the Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date. In case of such deposit, the Servicer shall not be entitled to any recovery or reimbursement from the Depositor, the Trustee, the Issuing Entity or the Certificateholders. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent that the Prepayment Interest Shortfall exceeds Compensating Interest (such excess, a "Non-Supported Interest Shortfall"), such Non-Supported Interest Shortfall shall reduce the Current Interest with respect to each Class of Certificates, pro rata based upon the amount of interest each such Class would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be no reduction of the Servicing Fee in connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings and the Servicer shall not be obligated to pay Compensating Interest with respect to Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings.
