Target Group. 3.1 3GS will, on behalf of the Council, issue Fixed Penalty Notices (“FPNs”) for offences relating to: • Section 87 Environmental Protection Act, 1990 under powers provided by Section 88, to include the dropping of litter, chewing gum, cigarette butts , and; • Fouling of Land by Dogs Section 55-67, Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 3.2 The scope of the Service may be extended to include offences covered by additional legislation with agreement of the Parties.
