Common use of Tariff Classification Clause in Contracts

Tariff Classification. The Parties shall apply nomenclatures of goods based on the current edition of the Harmonized System to goods traded between them.

Tariff Classification. The Parties shall apply commodity nomenclatures of goods based on the current latest edition of the Harmonized System set out in the Annex to the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of 24 June 1986 to goods traded between them.
