Task Limits. The Provider recognizes and agrees that any and all work beyond the scope defined in Section 2.1 or any mutually agreed to Service Requests and performed without specific direction from the Department shall be deemed by the Department to be gratuitous and not subject to charge by the Provider or compensation by the Department.
