Common use of Task Order Approvals Clause in Contracts

Task Order Approvals. A. Services to be performed pursuant to a Task Order may only commence once a specific Notice to Proceed for that Task Order has been issued by Valley Water. B. Task Orders are subject to approval by Valley Water Deputy Officer unless delegated to the Unit Manager. C. Valley Water Unit Manager(s) is authorized to approve individual Task Orders in an amount not-to-exceed $[authorization amount]. [NOT USED] D.
