Common use of Task Order Approvals Clause in Contracts

Task Order Approvals. A. Task Orders are subject to approval by the District’s Water Utility Capital Division Operating Officer unless delegated to the Unit Manager. B. District Unit Manager(s) is authorized to approve individual Task Orders in an amount not-to-exceed $ 150,000. C. Services to be performed pursuant to a Task Order may only commence once a specific Notice to Proceed for that Task Order has been issued by the District.
