Task Order Approvals. A. Services to be performed pursuant to a Task Order may only commence once a specific Notice to Proceed for that Task Order has been issued by Valley Water. B. Task Orders are subject to approval by Valley Water Deputy Operating Officer unless delegated to an Assistant Operating Officer and/or Unit Manager. C.
