Task Order Proposal. Upon receipt of the Department's oral or written Request for Task Proposal, the Consultant, at its own expense, shall prepare and deliver to the Department a written response to the Department’s request, providing a Task Order Proposal within ten (10) calendar days or as otherwise requested by the Department. The Consultant’s written response shall be in the form of a Task Order Proposal. The Consultant may suggest to the Department that changes be made to the work and services contemplated in the Request for Task Proposal. The Consultant shall provide the Department with a detailed cost estimate, including identification of all required personnel, rates, and hours of effort, as part of the Task Order Proposal. A Task Order Proposal shall include the following: 1. Task order number. 2. Task name or title. 3. Purpose and Objective of the task assignment. 4. Prerequisites to Consultant’s performance.
