Common use of Task Order Clause in Contracts

Task Order. Prior to beginning performance in response to a Task Order, Design Professional shall complete and execute the Task Order which must be approved in writing by the City. Each Task Order shall include a scope of Professional Services, a cost estimate, and the time for completion. The scope of Professional Services shall include all activities or work reasonably anticipated as necessary for successful completion of each Task presented by the City. If prevailing wage rates apply to a Task Order then said rates shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4.20 of this Agreement.
