Common use of Task Work Orders Clause in Contracts

Task Work Orders. Each project conducted under this Agreement will be defined by a project specific written Task Work Order. The following will be followed for all Task Work Orders: a. NYSERDA identifies and approves the applicability of each project and service. The Consultants are expected to assist in identifying projects and in marketing FlexTech Services, but the final determination of applicability is at NYSERDA’s discretion.
