Common use of Tasking and Outstanding Tasks Clause in Contracts

Tasking and Outstanding Tasks. 21.2.1. The Authority will not place any further tasks against this Contract upon its expiration. However, the Authority will provide a list of outstanding tasks that have already been placed against the Contract.
