TASKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN. 6.1 The Executive has agreed to work on the basis that the Executive will provide his services and devote time and attention to the affairs of the Company and any Group Company as and when the Board allocates responsibility for the performance of tasks to the Executive. 6.2 The Executive will be obliged to provide the time and attention required to perform the tasks allocated to the Executive under clause 6.1 in priority to any other business commitments that the Executive has undertaken, if and to the extent that his engagement with those other commitments would delay, distract or otherwise obstruct his ability to carry out such tasks for the Company in accordance with the terms on which they are allocated. 6.3 Subject to clauses 6.1 and 6.2 above, the Executive will take all reasonably steps to make himself available to work when required and will perform such work as is required in a prompt and timely manner. 6.4 The Executive will not have a single fixed place of work but will be able to conduct the tasks assigned to the Executive from such location as may be suitable for the activity and task involved. However, it is anticipated that his services as an employee will be carried out outside of the United Kingdom. The Executive may be required to travel to locations outside the Executive’s country of residence if the Company so requests.
