TASKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN. 6.1 The Director has agreed to work on the basis that the Director will provide his services and devote time and attention to the affairs of the Company and any Group Company as and when the Board allocates responsibility for the performance of tasks to the Director or he is otherwise required to attend to his duties as Chief Operating Officer (executive director) of the Company with the particular responsibilities of his role. 6.2 The Director will be obliged to provide the time and attention required to perform the tasks allocated to the Director under clause 6.1 in priority to any other business commitments that the Director has undertaken, if and to the extent that his engagement with those other commitments would delay, distract or otherwise obstruct his ability to carry out such tasks for the Company in accordance with the terms on which they are allocated. 6.3 Subject to clauses 6.1 and 6.2 above, the Director will take all reasonably steps to make himself available to work when required and will perform such work as is required in a prompt and timely manner. 6.4 The Director will not have a single fixed place of work but will be able to conduct the tasks assigned to the Director from such location as may be suitable for the activity and task involved. The Director may be required to travel to locations outside the Director’s country of residence if the Company so requests.

6.2 The Director will be obliged to provide the time and attention required to perform the tasks allocated to the Director under clause 6.1 in priority to any other business commitments that the Director has undertaken, if and to the extent that his engagement with those other commitments would delay, distract or otherwise obstruct his ability to carry out such tasks for the Company in accordance with the terms on which they are allocated.
6.3 Subject to clauses 6.1 and 6.2 above, the Director will take all reasonably steps to make himself available to work when required and will perform such work as is required in a prompt and timely manner.
6.4 The Director will not have a single fixed place of work but will be able to conduct the tasks assigned to the Director from such location as may be suitable for the activity and task involved.
